The Fate of Freddy’s Story Mode

The Story:

You as a detective have to investigate Freddy fazbears pizzeria in order to figure out the truth about the 5 murdered children in the grounds of the pizzeria.

You start off in the entrance of the pizzeria, you have to interact with the animatronic teller. You have to hand over all your items (stored for later). You then get access to the pizzeria, you start with access to the main lobby, kitchen.

The detective can freely roam around in these sections finding items like a flashlight and a key to the office room. At this point Freddy and Bonnie are inactive. Once you enter the office Freddy disappears from main stage. You can find a UV light and a note inside the office. You also hear an audible lock to the main lobby doors not allowing you to leave.

You can then use the UV light to figure out where a small key is that leads to room that the teller put your items in. (better flashlight and a bag you can store the evidence in later) optional at the moment. You can also open a small passage through the wall to the kitchen.

Once you enter any room other than the main lobby you hear a door mysteriously open in the distance. The door leads to the prize corner, it is filled with the texts “why did you leave us?” “How could you let this happen?” “help us” “free us” (all with child crying in the background.) You can find a note with UV saying that there is something inside of Freddy, you have to find it! Freddy is now active everywhere. Acts like a weeping angel, can only attack you if you cant see him. If you get close enough you can interact with Freddy’s head. You can find a small note with the combination to a drawer in the owners office.

Freddy is now paused until you enter the owners office room. You can find SpringTrap in the corner holding a bloodied knife. At this point Freddy has appeared on stage with Bonnie and they stay there until the end of the game. The UV light can direct you to where the knife was which is above a drawer that you can interact with and find evidence of SpringTrap (William Afton) murdering all those children (Evidence is security tapes). As soon as you collect the evidence SpringTrap rises from the slumped position he was in and chases you, you have to run to the room with the teller and hide under the tellers desk. SpringTrap then opens the door looks around and then leaves. once he leaves you have around a minute to open the secret passageway and go to the kitchen. If you didn’t open the drawer in the owners office you have to open it to find the key to open up the chains on the main lobby door. You can finally leave the building with the evidence. The end.

General Gameplay

You are in a first person view and you can either use a UV light or a normal flashlight, you can choose which by pressing the number keys 1 and 2.

You unlock new areas by getting keys that you find in the map, you can find them at all times as long as that room is open. The UV light directs you to the locations of the objects but you don’t need it to progress the story. The notes you find act as progression points that change the story. For example spawning Freddy or SpringTrap.

The game should only take 30mins to 45 mins on a casual run, but you will be able to complete it all within 5mins if you know all the spawn locations. Set spawns on the keys. random spawns on the notes. It should play out like a small movie.

It is a very small map so that you don’t get confused as of where you are and you it means that I don’t need to implement a save system.

There is also no office mode. I just want a small game that you can play for 30mins and hopefully a youtuber plays it and I gain recognition.

The look of the game

The game should focus on realism to make the horror creepier. The only light should be your flashlight and the animatronic eyes.

The game will have some heavy fog and a creepy ambient sound going at all times.
